In this four-part course, we explore many healing practices to navigate the arduous path of chronic illness.

In Part One, Practices to Hold Our Suffering, we learn mindfulness, self-compassion, loving-kindness, healing guided imagery, and Tonglen.
​
In Part Two, Practices to Honor Our Suffering, we get very honest about the challenging emotions that arise as we deal with feeling ill daily. We learn how to implement the practices from Part One and open to the power of Emotional Freedom Technique as another tool to empower us when we feel powerless and defeated.

In Part Three, we learn many different self-care practices rooted in lifestyle medicine.

In Part Four, we learn how to have Wise Hope, a type of hope that isn't overly optimistic nor is it resigned pessimism.

By the end of this course, we will feel more empowered and connected to our truth and the freedom that is available beyond any confines and conditions of illness.
