Having lived the life of an elite athlete on one extreme and a life with disability on the other extreme, I understand the challenges and demands of both.

Whether you're seeking guidance on your healing path back to health or are in need of tools and inner resources to optimize performance, I'm here for you!

In our virtual 1-1 sessions, you can share your personal story, let go of any fear of judgment, and be open to infinite possibilities.

We will employ functional medicine (i.e holistic wellness and lifestyle medicine), mindfulness, and mentorship to empower you on your path to self-trust, inner harmony, and deep fulfillment.

Guided Meditations

Do you find it difficult to sit down and meditate on your own? It can be very helpful to practice meditation with the support of a teacher. Teachers can guide the meditation practice which allows you to more fully relax and trust the process.
